• How do I prepare my material?

During your personal consultation, we will walk you through the key elements you should consider in organizing your material.   We will advise you through everything from selecting the song to the actual look & feel you are envisioning for your very own Memory Creation.

• What kind of material can I submit?

In order to capture all of your special memories, we accept a variety of materials/formats that can be combined to best create your story. 

1. Photographs (up to 8X10)

2. Digital pictures (from digital cameras, CD-R, digital images)

3. Video Clips (VHS, DVD, CD-R, Digital)

4. Negatives

5. Slides

6. Mementos (ie: diplomas, cards, invitations, art, poems, articles, letters, and many more)

• Can I select my own music?

Yes, the music that you select is a vital piece of personalizing your video.  Only you can decide which song(s) will be most meaningful to accompany your memories.  In addition, we ask that you provide your own music in the form of a CD or tape (no MP3 please).

• How long does it take to create my video?

Your personalized video can be created within 3 weeks of receipt of your material.  Rush orders are available at additional cost + shipping.

• What formats are available?

You can order your Story-Book Video in 2 different formats.  Feel free to order more than one format to meet your needs.

1. DVD +/- R

2. Premium Grade VHS Tape

• Will the DVD be compatible with my DVD player?

Our DVDs are created in either DVD +/- R format on high quality recording media.  Our discs are compatible with most newer DVD players.  We test each finished video to ensure that the recording plays properly in either a DVD - and DVD + R player.  We will work with you to determine compatibility with your DVD player.

• Can I order additional videos at a later date?

Yes, we will keep your Story-Book Videos on file for 1 year per your request.
